Due to the perishable nature of our world-famous barbecue, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or credit.

Please examine your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all meats, sauces, and sides are present and still at a safe, cool temperature.
Document Issues
If you notice damage to the packaging or items, please take clear photos of the shipping box and the specific products affected.
